Sammy’s approach integrates Eastern and Western modalities with contemporary nervous system science and somatic practice to address the full spectrum of human functioning. She bridges physiology, psychology, and relational dynamics through embodied learning, creating sustainable change that moves beyond intellectual insight alone. This work strengthens not only individual regulation and well being, but also team cohesion, psychological safety, and organizational culture.
Sammy brings her work directly into corporate organizations, high growth companies, nonprofit teams, and child and youth advocacy centres across Canada. She partners with executive teams, senior leaders, and cross functional staff navigating performance pressure, rapid change, and complex human dynamics. Her experience inside these environments allows her to move fluidly between leadership rooms and team settings with credibility and clarity.
Sammy’s keynotes and workshops are dynamic, experiential, and grounded in real world application. Drawing on her background as a TV presenter and performer, she delivers complex ideas with clarity, presence, and impact. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to each organization, blending evidence informed insight with experiential and mindfulness practices. Participants leave not only engaged, but equipped with embodied tools they can immediately apply, creating learning that is both impactful and integrated.
Sammy’s lived experience is not a side note, it is foundational to her work. Leaving home at 12 and navigating addiction in her early years required resilience long before it became leadership language. High performance athletics, recovery, and years of somatic practice shaped her understanding of regulation, discipline, and human behavior. She speaks from integration, not theory alone, bringing grounded empathy and credibility into every room.
Sammy’s foundation was forged in high performance sport. As a Martial Artist and Calisthenics Athlete, with extensive training as a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, she developed a deep understanding of discipline, resilience, and the physiology of performance.
Recognizable from the inaugural season of Australian Ninja Warrior and featured across radio, magazine, and podcast platforms, her athletic career reflects more than physical strength. It reflects mental endurance, emotional regulation, and the capacity to perform under pressure.Despite her achievements in high intensity sport, Sammy remains a devoted Yogi at heart.
Her unwavering commitment to Yogic principles grounds her and allows her to bring a unique, holistic approach to her clients’ journeys in both the private and corporate realms.

Sammy is an award winning actress, appearing in television and film across North America. Her years in front of the camera refined her presence, emotional range, and ability to stay regulated under pressure.
Acting deepened her understanding of human behavior in its rawest form. Character work, vulnerability, and performance psychology all inform how she holds a room today. The stage and screen trained her in timing, clarity, and embodied communication.
The keynote platform became a natural extension.
She now collaborates with actors and training programs internationally, guiding artists to access authentic, embodied performances while learning to regulate their nervous systems during high pressure auditions and on set.
