As a human who doesn’t do well with emotional regulation I was completely in awe of how Sammy managed to get me to reframe that mindset in such a short amount of time. Samantha was the keynote speaker for my MacKay CEO Peer Group Annual Retreat in Whistler, BC. I chair a Forum with 12 CEO’s all leading high growth businesses, and faced with an ever increasing list of critical deadlines. Our goal is to help each other be the most inspiring leaders we can be. Post pandemic, we kept hearing the benefits of mindfulness. It intrigued us but still sounded a bit of a soft science for our rational brains.
Enter Samantha. She led us through a science based discovery of how our brain and body are interconnected. How we react in one of 3 ways to external challenges.
